Temporary buildings
Bare minimum
You get very little insulation due to the PVC fabric roof. Expensive to heat and cool
Non-sensitive product storage
Buy new or whenever you want while renting
They are fast to erect and fast to dismantle
In Stock
Available as a stock item in a huge variety of sizes
With very short supply times and most flexible rental options this is the fastest and cheapest way to increase your space
Expensive to heat and cool. Potential for on-going maintenance issues / costs (electric roof inflation pumps). No Maintenance costs when hiring as it’s the responsibility of the company who supply it.
Low security
The combination of PVC fabric roof and 0.7mm or 40mm steel cladding makes these easier to break into.
This is due to the use of aluminium for the main frame elements combined with the PVC fabric roof covers. There is a level of fire retardancy but not sufficient to meet boundary conditions or fire ratings for the building regulations.
Any surface
Can be secured to literally any ground surface (using either bolts or spikes). Will even stand on sloping or uneven ground due to the flexibility of the PVC roof system.
PVC fabric roof, aluminium frame, and steel wall cladding
Single or twin-layer (air insulated) PVC roof options
Aluminium building frame
0.7mm - 40mm insulated steel wall cladding
To suit your application and budget
From minimal to L2-compliant cladding
Suitable for all applications
Buy new or whenever you want while renting
They are still relatively fast to erect and fast to dismantle
Bespoke construction
Made to order in a wide variety of sizes
A rental option keeps costs down
Extremely cost-effective, but ongoing heating and cooling costs are dependant upon the building specification.
Improved and full security
As secure as any other conventional building with steel roof.
Not fire rated with PVC roof option
Level tarmac plus "pads"or concrete base
Requires a level concrete pad or base (if the surface is tarmac, concrete 'landing pads' may be required dependent on geology)
PVC fabric or steel roof with steel frame and wall cladding
Single or twin-layer (air insulated) PVC roof options OR 0.7mm - 120mm insulated steel roof
Steel box profile frame
0.7mm - 120mm insulated steel wall cladding.
The Best
Thicker L2-compliant steel cladding further improves insulation
Suitable for all applications
Manufactured in any size up to 12m high at the eves, and with up to 25m span to your bespoke requirements
Takes much longer to obtain permissions from local authorities than a temporary building
Bespoke constuction
Made to order to exact specification
More expensive to install
Extremely cost-effective to heat and cool. Cost-effective lighting due to clear roof panels for natural daylight. Added costs of applying for all necessary permissions and new building warrant.
Full security
As secure as any other conventional building
All steel construction gives full fire rating
Level tarmac plus "pads"or concrete base
Requires a level concrete pad or base (if the surface is tarmac, concrete 'landing pads' may be required dependent on geology)
Steel roof, frame and wall cladding
0.7mm - 120mm insulated steel roof
Steel building frame
0.7mm - 120mm insulated steel wall cladding
To suit your application and budget
From minimal to L2-compliant cladding
Suitable for all applications
Manufactured in any size up to 12m high at the eaves, up to 60m span, and infinite length to your bespoke requirements.
Time is dependant on the size and roof, but similar to semi-permanent and interim buildings.
Bespoke constuction
Made to order to exact specification
Great value for volume
Extremely cost-effective for covering large areas, but ongoing heating and cooling costs are dependent upon the building specification.
Improved and full security
As secure as any other conventional building with steel roof.
Not fire rated with PVC roof option
Level tarmac plus "pads"or concrete base
Requires a level concrete pad or base (if the surface is tarmac, concrete 'landing pads' may be required dependent on geology)
