Smart-Space new Maxi-Space warehouse buildings are ideal when you require an unobstructed warehouse space. These massive single-clear-span buildings are the best choice when you need to maximise your warehouse volume in a clear single-span. They are a highly affordable, high quality option; when compared to anything else of its size. The buildings meet BS6399 British Standard for wind and snow loading.
Supplied in a variety of options including thermo insulted twin skin inflatable PVC roof or 0.7 – 120 mm steel roofs. If you need to maximise volume in an unobstructed warehouse span this is the way to go.

Gives you a collosal, unobstructed internal area
The roof covers are made of either PVC fabric which is designed to slide through the steel box profile roof beams to create a water-tight seal, or steel cladding which is fixed to purlins for added insulation.
The wall cladding is a steel sheet system in a variety of gauges depending upon insulation requirements.
These are a portal frame system designed using steel box profile for the main beams, with steel inserts which connect the roof beams and uprights together to create an A-frame.
