Background
We were approached by Surgery Express Ltd as they had completely run out of storage space at their premises in Chesterfield.
They originally asked for a quote for a temporary building, which they wanted to use to compare to other quotes they’d had.
But when we discussed their requirements and established
a) they would need the building for a minimum of three years and
b) the sensitive nature of their products,
we advised them to choose one of our re-locatable ‘Interim’ buildings instead.
Solution
On that basis, we supplied a brand new 7.5mtr x 25mtr x 5mtr ‘Interim’ building complete with 40mm insulated roof panels and 40mm insulated wall cladding.
The customer is absolutely thrilled with the outcome because not only do they now have a temporary building which resembles a ‘building’ as opposed to an industrial marquee, they will save thousands in heating and cooling costs over the three year period, as this ‘Interim’ building has far superior levels of insulation.
What’s more, the solid gable end panels not only improves the aesthetics of the building, it also adds to the overall rigidity of the building, as well as providing an in-built anti-vermin solution, which is vital to the client with the goods which are being stored inside.

Following your visit today I just thought I would drop you a line recommending your team led by Rob. From the first day Rob kept us informed and worked with us to help us operate during construction. The link through is working a treat, looks neat and appears watertight at the moment.
The whole job went well and I would recommend this team”.
Kind Regards
