Smart-Care is part of the well-established Smart-Space, an organisation that has been installing a range of temporary buildings since 1987. We check all aspects of the building including access points, the roof and wall panels, and all of the structural components making sure it is completely fit for purpose.
We make sure that the structure is safe and meets all of our checks. There is a duty of care towards anyone working in the building to make sure it is checked regularly.
A well cared for building lasts much longer and ultimately costs less to repair. It is also reflective of your business so maintaining a smart appearance is also a key benefit.

Our maintenance team will go through a thorough 40-point checklist, making sure your building is completely fit for purpose and compliant. They’ll advise you of any recommendations or vital repairs, a bit like a car MOT! It’s something we recommend to all of our temporary building customers.
