Easily relocatable temporary buildings or industrial tents with PVC roof to rent or buy

2016-12-26 10:30:00 2022-08-20 09:05:11
These light temporary buildings are fast to install and have a very low initial cost, owing to the PVC textile roof.

The PVC roof gives the us the continental name of industrial tents, which is becoming more popular usage in the UK.  The PVC roof gives the buildings the tolerance to stand on almost any surface, like a tent, without the need for a pre-prepared base, giving a big cost-saving.  This makes them ideal in an emergency or for short-term use. These relocatable structures can easily be moved to another site if need be.

They are available as a stock item in a huge variety of sizes for rent in just weeks from order on the most flexible hire and purchase deals possible.  There is a thermo insulated roof option.

They may be rented, purchased outright, or even with a purchase option after a period of hire.

  • Can be re-located from site to site to site as often as needed
  • Retain good re-sale values should you ever wish to sell.
  • Very rarely if ever charged rates as it's classed as transient

  • No capital outlay ahead of installation
  • Can be installed in just 7 – 21 days from order (from us)
  • Only 7 days’ notice required to terminate (from us) should your plans change
  • No maintenance costs when hiring as it's the responsibility of the company who supply it.
  • Can be hired for as little or long as you need on flexible terms (from us)
  • Tax deductible as plant hire to reduce profits and corporation tax.
  • No additional base/groundwork costs if it's to be erected on existing ground – dependent upon the surface available to you.
The following considerations need to be borne in mind:

Whether Hiring or Buying:

  • They depreciate and deteriorate over time
  • Borrowing from asset finance companies can be tricky due to the portability.
  • PVC roof covers deteriorate over time and should be replaced every 10 years
  • Potential for on-going maintenance issues through impact and weather damage. / costs (Electric roof inflation pumps)
  • Very costly to heat and cool due to the lack of insulation of the PVC fabric roof.
