Our temporary valeting buildings are the quickest and most cost-effective way to temporarily increase your valeting capacity

Smart-Space temporary valet buildings are available for hire on the most flexible terms possible. Supplied in a range of sizes capable of accommodating as many vehicles as needed, you can also specify a range of eaves heights to accommodate vehicle lifts and ramps.

  • Ideal as an 'instant' temporary fix
  • No footings or foundations required
  • Can be secured to literally any ground surface (using either bolts or spikes)

Cost Considerations

The temporary buildings generally cost less than the Interim and Steel buildings.

  • Less costly to install as there are no working at height considerations (No need for scaffold and edge protection, or for operatives to work on top of the roof)
  • Can be re-located from site to site to site as often as needed
  • Retain good re-sale values should you ever wish to sell.
  • Very rarely if ever charged rates as it's classed as transient

  • No capital outlay ahead of installation
  • Can be installed in just 7 – 21 days from order (from us)
  • Only 7 days’ notice required to terminate (from us) should your plans change
  • No maintenance costs when hiring as it's the responsibility of the company who supply it.
  • Can be hired for as little or long as you need on flexible terms (from us)
  • Tax deductible as plant hire to reduce profits and corporation tax.
  • No additional base/groundwork costs if it's to be erected on existing ground – dependent upon the surface available to you.
The following considerations need to be borne in mind: 

Whether Hiring or Buying:

  • They depreciate and deteriorate over time
  • Borrowing from asset finance companies can be tricky due to the portability.
  • PVC roof covers deteriorate over time and should be replaced every 10 years
  • Potential for on-going maintenance issues through impact and weather damage. / costs (Electric roof inflation pumps)
  • Very costly to heat and cool due to the lack of insulation of the PVC fabric roof.
