Additional Tyre Bay
We were approached by PJ Lintern, a family run motor repair centre in Shepton Mallet.
They were looking to expand their business by adding an extra bay to their existing workshop, allowing them to have an additional service ramp.

The solution they decided on was to develop a purpose built tyre bay to expand the tyre side of the business. This would then free enough room in their existing workshop to install an extra ramp, increasing the productivity in their existing building.
Smart-Space handled the project from start to finish, with our engineer Ross, managing the planning, buildings control and design. This included the noise reports, concrete pad design and in turn minimising the costs by not including an architect and planning consultant.
