Background
F G Barnes, a family-owned motor company in the South-East of England needed to create a new showroom in response to the business's expansion. The company needed a rapid solution with compromising on quality.
Solution
Smart-Space supplied a 30-metre by 15-metre aluminium-fabricated building with composite walls and a 100mm LPC roof. This building houses a sales team of seven and around sixteen new vehicles from the car dealer's MG, Subaru and SsanYong franchises.
From design to fitted out completion, the entire project took just over 14 weeks with Smart-Space on site for a five-week period.
